The programme focused on building a clear understanding of where AI can add value within a consultancy-driven environment, and where human expertise must remain leading. Topics included governance, risk assessment, prioritisation of use cases, and translating AI possibilities into practical internal guidelines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"1267\">The trajectory combined strategic sparring with concrete examples from QBuild\u2019s daily practice. Instead of predefined solutions, the emphasis was on developing decision-making capability and ownership.
