Yorbizz supported QBuild through a 1-on-1 trajectory aimed at developing an internal AI Director role. The programme focused on building a clear understanding of where AI can add value within a consultancy-driven environment, and where human expertise must remain leading. Topics included governance, risk assessment, prioritisation of use cases, and translating AI possibilities into practical internal guidelines.
