Yorbizz worked with Impact Expertise through a combination of targeted workshops and the conceptual development of custom AI agents. The workshops focused on practical usage: understanding where AI can assist in structuring information, drafting and reviewing documents, and managing large volumes of written communication. Rather than generic tooling, the emphasis was on real cases from daily practice.

In parallel, we explored custom AI agents tailored to Impact’s way of working supporting tasks such as summarising case files, preparing report drafts, and creating consistency in communication.
